PARTNERSHIP WITH CENTRAL LUZON STATE UNIVERSITY CLSU EXTENSION MANAGEMENT AND TEAM NEPO AND ICCs/IPs FARMERS

The University Extension Center team turned over today ginger planting materials as livelihood post-training support from the University (CLSU) to this group of hardworking indigenous peoples in a rolling village in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija.
A group member tells, “Nasira po ang aming pananim noong isang taon kaya gusto sana naming magsimula uli (Our crop was damaged last year that’s why we’d like to start all over again).” Meanwhile, the LGU extension worker present says that to the town long known as the onion capital, ginger can well be an important crop especially in this part of the town (06.25.2021).
